Link Linis a partner at AllBright Law Offices in Chongqing. His practice areas include securities and capital markets, banking and finance, corporate, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Lin is involved in such fields as litigation and arbitration, corporate business, real estate, intellectual property, and finance and securities. He has undertaken a number of corporate finance transactions including domestic and overseas listings, refinancing, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and financial innovation. He serves as legal counsel for a number of financial institutions, listed companies, and private equity investment funds. Mr. Lin has served as legal counsel for several government and community organizations and is now a member of a legal expert services team for private enterprises in Chongqing. Mr. Lin obtained his LL.B. from the Nanjing UniversitySchool of Lawin 1998. Mr. Lin is a practicing lawyer in China. His working languages are Mandarin and English. "
