Li Alexios is a partner at AllBright Law Offices in Shanghai. His practice areas include corporate investment, securities and capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganization, and dispute resolution.

Mr. Li is experienced in providing comprehensive legal services for investing in and financing enterprises and large-scale real property construction projects, including corporate acquisitions and reorganizations, joint-stock restructuring, public offerings, bond issuances, restructuring and refinancing of listed companies, private equity investment as well as financing, construction, operation and the transfer of large real estate projects. He has provided legal services for the joint-stock restructuring of enterprises and the successful listing of their stocks on the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Mr. Li now acts as legal counsel for dozens of listed companies and securities companies. Mr. Li also engages in legal services concerning domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, covering such sectors as real estate, mining, new energy, biomedical, information technology and cultural industries. Mr. Li has ample experience leading legal teams to settle complicated disputes involving investments, securities, A transactions and financial products. He has led legal teams in various practice areas to deal with numerous commercial litigations and arbitral matters which have been significant in terms of the amounts at issue or social influence.

Mr. Li graduated from Zhengzhou University with an LL.B. degree in law. He also holds an LL.M. in international maritime and commercial law from Swansea University in the United Kingdom. Mr. Li is a practicing lawyer in China. His working languages are Mandarin and English."
