PANG, Ember

Ember Pang, senior partner at Allbright Law Offices, has a longstanding commitment to providing legal services in the mainland Chinese capital market, Hong Kong, and overseas capital markets. His expertise lies in private equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, domestic and international stock offerings and listings. He primarily serves industries such as national defense and military industry, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, industrial and high-end manufacturing, semiconductors, and clean energy. Ember Pang also serves as the General Convener of the Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals Committee.

Ember Pang has been actively involved in the forefront of both domestic and overseas capital markets. He has led his team to successfully complete various projects in recently. These projects include, but are not limited to, A-share IPOs such as Forecam Optics(688010), Toland Alloy(300855), Gdk Biological Technology(688670), Rightongene Biotechnology(688217), and Huaya Intelligence(003043). Additionally, Ember Pang has managed Hong Kong IPO projects, including the H-share IPO of Dima Shares (600565) subsidiary Dowell Service (02352.HK). He has also been involved in various fundraising and restructuring projects such as convertible bonds for Int’l Group (000411), private placements for Xinhuadu (002264), convertible bonds for Huaya Intelligence (003043), and share issuance with cash purchases of assets for Poly Plastic Masterbatch (300905).

Ember Pang has received recognition from international legal rating agencies, including Chambers & Partners, IFLR1000, DAWKINS, The Legal 500, and LEGALBAND, particularly in the field of capital markets. Ember Pang became a member of Allbright Law Offices in 2015, following several years of practice at Zhong Lun Law Firm Shanghai Office. Ember Pang is the chief editor of the book “Research on Legal Practices of Restructuring and Listing of Defense Enterprises”(published by China Law Press in 2019), and led the writing of “The Pathway for Domestic and Overseas Listing of Health-care Enterprises”(published by China Law Press in 2023) .
