Jin Zhongde is a partner at AllBright Law Offices in Shanghai and isalso the director of the firm's Suzhou office.

Mr. Jin has advised clients for many years with respect tomovie and TV production, the internet and performing artists. Hepossessesunique practical experience in legal fields relating to film and TV media. Mr.Jin formerly served as legal counsel for a number of film and TV media institutions. He has also advisedrenowned film andTV directors, and performing artists.

Mr. Jin also advises onreal estate developments anddispute resolution and has been involved in several prominent projects.

Mr.Jin practiced law at a law firm in Shanghai shortly after he became part of the first groupof qualified practitionersin 1986. He joined AllBright in 2000 and is a practicing lawyer in China.
