Mr. Xiaopeng Cong is a partner of AllBright Law Offices with his base in Shanghai.
Mr. Cong has extensive practice experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, compliance & risk management, corporate daily affairs, labor and dispute resolution, etc. The industry coverage of Mr. Cong’s 15-year practice includes high-end manufacturing, retail & consumer, real estate, private equity, chemical, pharmaceutical & healthcare, information technology.
