Ms. Zhang Huilin, Master in law from East China University of Political Science and Law.

Since 2001, Ms. Zhang has been engaged in legal services in the fields of Equity Investment, Company Listing, Corporate M&A Restructuring, Banking and Finance, Litigation and Arbitration, Real Estate and Construction Projects, and has rich experience in non-litigation and dispute resolution legal services.

In the field of litigation, Ms. Zhang has handled nearly 100 civil and commercial disputes for a U.S.-listed company and its subsidiaries in China, providing legal services including litigation and enforcement. Provided legal services for a Hong Kong-listed company in the litigation and enforcement stages of a domestic private placement bond transaction dispute of more than RMB 2 billion. She has handled dozens of financial loan contract disputes for a bank, providing legal services in the litigation and enforcement stages. She has handled dozens of construction project dispute cases, real estate transaction disputes with a total target amount of RMB 0.62 billion, and public bond transaction disputes with a total amount of RMB 1.1 billion for a listed company on the A-share main board and its subsidiaries. She has provided full legal services for a number of major and difficult civil and commercial cases, including acting as an agent for the first and second instance of the case, and handling matters related to the follow-up enforcement stage of the case. In addition, Ms. Zhang has also served as an arbitrator of the Zhuhai Court of International Arbitration, responsible for a number of arbitration cases involving domestic enterprises in various arbitration institutions, and has rich practical experience in the field of arbitration.
