Heis experienced inplanning fortechnologydevelopment parks and major projects, land requisition and buildingdemolition, project investment, project planning, acquisition of land use rights, project bidding, construction engineering management, commodity housing sales and property management legal services. Hehas also successfully handled a large number of litigation cases involving contract disputes over land use rights, disputes over cooperative real estate development, disputes over compensation for land requisition and house demolition, contract disputes over construction projects and contract disputes over commodity housing sales. Mr. Wu has extensive practical experience in the corporate and securities fields and has participated in joint-stock reforms, improvement of corporate governance structures, company listings, corporate bond issuances, and asset restructuring. In addition, Mr. Wu also handles legal proceedings in a variety of major and complex cases and arbitration cases.

Mr.Wu graduated from Nanjing University with a B.A. in Philosophy in 1992 and obtained his LL.M. from Nanjing University in 2007.
