On April 10, 2014, AllBright’s client, Shenzhen Liantronics Co. Ltd., won approval for its acquisition and fund-raising applications from the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

Liantronics plans to purchase 100% of Time Share Advertising & Communication Co., Ltd. Liantronics is a leading company in LED display industry, while Time Share specializes in out-of-home advertising. Through this deal, Liantronics will largely expand its out-of-home advertising business and transfer its business model into a balanced combination of LED manufacturing displays and out-of-home advertising operations. The deal will create strategic synergy to enhance Liantronics’ business scale and profitability.
