 2014-09-045112

On September 1, 2014, AllBright was invited to attend the opening ceremony of the Shanghai Stamp, Coin and Card Exchange Corp., Ltd. (SHSCCE) at the century-old General Post Office Building in Shanghai on the bank of Suzhou Creek.

Shanghai Stamp, Coin and Card Exchange is a state-controlled hybrid corporation approved to be established by the Shanghai Municipal People's Government in December, 2013. The exchange combines a traditional physical market with modern network-based transactions. It aims to become the most convenient and most influential stamp, coin and card e-market with the largest trading volume in China.

AllBright partners James GuoMellena Zou, and associates Gao Yixiu and Cherry Li advised the exchange, including designing trading formats, rules and regulations as well as reviewing documents for the corporate governance structure.
