AllBright Advises TrendZone on IPO
2015-01-235477On January 21, 2015, AllBright client TrendZone DecorGroup Co., Ltd. won approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission for the company’s initial public offering.
TrendZone DecorGroup is principally engaged in residential property interior design. The Shanghai-based company is a total solutions provider of residential property interior design services whose business scope covers design, construction, the production of related spare materials, and after-sales services.
AllBright partners Shen Guoquan and Yang Yijian as well as associate Zhang Zhixue formed the team to advise the client throughout the procedure.
