AllBright Lawyer Participates in 2014 China Rare Earth Forum
2014-12-094176On October 23, 2014, AllBright international counsel Feng Xuewei participated in the 2014 China Rare Earth Forum at the invitation of the hosts. As the lead attorney of the China Rare Earth Case (DS431/432/433), Ms. Feng briefed the case (DS431/432/433), the expert panel and appeal ruling. She also analyzed the reasoning behind the ruling, pointed out problems in China’s rare earth management and gave advice on the enforcement of the case. Ms. Feng received applause from the audience for her experience and expertise.
The 2014 China Rare Earth Forum was jointly hosted by the Counselor’s Office of State Council and China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association and organized by Beijing Antaike Information Development Co., Ltd. Participants at the forum engaged in lively discussions and included Fang Ning, deputy director of the Counselor’s Office of the State Council, Chen Quanxun, chairman of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association, Jia Yinsong, director of rare earth office, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Tu Hailing, member of Chinese Academy of Engineering, Chen Dong, deputy governor of Fujian Province, rare earth experts.
