On September 26, 2014, AllBright partner Leo Zheng was invited to deliver a speech on Policy Development at the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone at an event co-organized by France Notary Public High Council, Shanghai Notary Public Association and Shanghai Sino-France Notary Public Legal Exchange and Training Center. Zheng elaborated on the current policy and development prospect of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone and professionals’ role in the growth of the zone.

The event was presided over by Shanghai Judicial Bureau Deputy Director and Deputy Chair of Shanghai Sino-France Notary Public Legal Exchange and Training Center Wang Xie. Shanghai Judicial Bureau Director Zheng Shanhe delivered the opening speech. Other distinguished guests that delivered speeches at the event included China representative of the France Notary Public High Council, Shanghai Sino-France Notary Public Legal Exchange and Training Center Chair Xie Gelan and officials of the Consulate General of France in Shanghai.
