AllBright’s Chengdu office held its Cross-border Merger & Acquisition forum recently. AllBright partner Chen Ke and Mr. Chen’s colleague from Bird & Bird LLP delivered lectures on Chinese Enterprise Strategy in Cross-border Merger and Acquisitions – from Letters of Intent to Shares Transfer Contracts, and Mergers and Acquisitions in Germany and Europe and the Related Legal Requirements, respectively.

Participants included Sichuan entrepreneurs, commercial and investment bankers, and other professional services providers. The participants hailed the lecture and interactive activities as interesting, informative and rewarding. They said they had a deeper understanding of cross-border M&A and that it strengthened their confidence in future cross-border M&A activities.
