WTO Dispute Resolution
AllBright has the most prominent and experienced WTO legal team in China. We have represented the Chinese government in many WTO dispute resolution cases and played a prominent role in WTO legal affairs in China. Over the years, we have closely observed and researched WTO dispute rulings and undertaken various research projects commissioned by the Department of Treaty and Law, Department of Foreign Trade, Department of WTO Affairs of Ministry of Commerce, Trade Remedy and Investigation Bureau. These research projects include Doha Round Rules negotiations, EU textile trade policies, WTO and competition law, issues of public interest, anti-circumvention, low tax rules, filing and the abuse of anti-dumping measures by EU multinational corporations etc. We have also published three renowned books : “Research on WTO Multilateral Rules and Anti-Circumvention Legislation in Anti-dumping Measures”, “Research on WTO Multilateral Rules and Filing of Anti-dumping Cases” and “Research on Doha Round Rules Negotiations”.
