Gordon Tsang

Gordon was admitted to practise as a solicitor in Australia in 2012 and in Hong Kong in 2013. He joined the firm in 2015.

Gordon has experience in handling a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including pre-IPO restructuring and financing, Hong Kong and U.S. IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, loan and financing transactions, corporate governance and general compliance for listed companies as well as private enterprises.

• acted as the Hong Kong legal advisers to Revere Securities, LLC, the underwriter of Prestige Wealth Inc. (NASDAQ: PWM) to list on the Nasdaq Capital Market. The aggregate gross proceeds from the Offering was US$5 million.

• acted as the Hong Kong legal advisers to Revere Securities, LLC, the underwriter of Millennium Group International Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: MGIH) to list on the Nasdaq Capital Market. The aggregate gross proceeds from the Offering was US$5 million.

• acted as the Hong Kong legal advisers to Pacific Century Securities, LLC, the underwriter of CBL International Limited (NASDAQ: BANL) to list on the Nasdaq Capital Market. The aggregate gross proceeds from the Offering was US$13.3 million.

• acted as the Hong Kong legal advisers to Network 1 Financial Securities, Inc., the lead underwriter of Magic Empire Global Limited (NASDAQ: MEGL) to list on the Nasdaq Capital Market. The aggregate gross proceeds from the Offering was US$20 million.

• acted as the Hong Kong legal advisers to Intelligent Living Application Group Inc. (NASDAQ: ILAG) to list on the Nasdaq Capital Market, raising gross proceeds of approximately US$20.24 million.

• acted as the Hong Kong legal advisers to Zhong Yang Financial Group Limited (NASDAQ: TOP) to list on the Nasdaq Capital Market, raising gross proceeds of approximately US$25 million.

• acted as the Hong Kong legal advisers to Hywin Holdings Ltd. (NASDAQ: HYW) to list on the Nasdaq Global Market, raising gross proceeds of approximately US$30 million.

• acted as the Hong Kong legal advisers to Oriental Culture Holding Ltd (NASDAQ: OCG) to list on the Nasdaq Capital Market, raising gross proceeds of approximately US$20.26 million.

• acted as legal advisers to Orient Securities Company Limited (Stock Code: 3958) to list on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited by way of H-shares. The net proceeds amounted to approximately HK$7.8 billion.
