AllBright serves as the administrator of the judicial reorganization process: accepting the appointment bythe people's court as the administrator of the judicial reorganization cases.

AllBright serves as the pre-reorganization interim manager or the legal advisor to the creditor committee of a financial institution: accepts recommendations or appointments, acts as the manager of the pre-reorganization process or as a consultant to the creditor committee of a financial institution,  resolves the creditor's rights, debts and assets of the reorganization enterprise, ensures the integration of the procedures, and actively contributes to the success of the reorganization.

AllBright also acts as a creditor, debtor shareholder or senior executive advisor in judicial reorganization cases: accepts appointment as the legal advisor to creditors, debtor shareholders or senior executives in judicial reorganization proceedings, providing services including but not limited to filing judicial reorganization claims declarations, performing duties of the creditor committee, protecting the rights and interests of priority holders, and protecting of the legitimate rights and interests of shareholders and executives.
