Emma Pang is a partner with AllBright and mainly works at the Shanghai office.

Emma’s primary practice areas include cross-border investments, cross-border technology transfer, banking, commercial disputes resolution, and general corporate matters. Emma has assisted many international companies in entering China via greenfield investment or mergers and acquisitions; she also assisted many Chinese companies, including several listed companies, in the process of “Going-out.” Emma’s serves for the inbound and outbound investments range from project searching, selection of locations, negotiations on term sheets, transaction structuring, transaction documents draft, project negotiation, and closing-related matters. In cross-border technology transfer, Emma advised clean-tech and life science companies in technologies licensing, providing services including negotiation of term sheets, structuring transaction and draft, and negotiating the license agreement. Emma has deep knowledge of banking-related matters, advising many banks and non-bank financial institutions on such matters as bank facilities, financial products, trust products, fund products, and other businesses. She is experienced in complex commercial litigations and arbitrations, having represented clients in many types of cases, including bill frauds, loans, share transfer, asset managements, and international trade disputes.

Before joining Allbright, Emma worked in a well-known American law firm for seven years.
