Kevin Sunis a partner at AllBright Law Offices in Shanghai. His practice areas include securities and capital markets, corporate, A transactions, and dispute resolution.
Mr. Sun has advised on some high-profile securities and A projects as well as several IPOs and the acquisitions of listed companies.
Mr. Sun obtained a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in history from Fudan University in 2003 and 2006, respectively, and he is now a graduate student studying maritime law at Shanghai Maritime University.
Mr.Sun is a member of Pudong New Area Youth Federation.
Mr.Sun is a practicing lawyer in China. His working languages are Mandarin and English.
