In the venture capital sector, Mr. Fu represents domestic and international investment institutions, including well-known angel investors and family offices, handling a comprehensive array of services for hundreds of equity investment transactions. These services include due diligence, designing transaction structure, drafting transaction agreements, and assisting with transaction closing. He also represents numerous startups in negotiations with investors and completes financing transactions, with cumulative investments and financing exceeding one billion RMB (including equivalent foreign currencies).
