Mr. King specializes in capital market as well as cross-border transactions, litigation, and arbitration.

In terms of capital market transactions, Mr. King is responsible for many initial public offering projects and other legal affairs for various listed companies including Doppler Electronic, Yanzhou Coal Mining Company, XJ Group Corporation，Longyuan Power, Drinda New Energy, Haitian Microeletronics, Ligoo Energy, Guqi Fabric, Dingheng Shipping, Beilite Chemical, Meiya Pharmaceutical, Novatim Immune Therapeutics, Huida Gene, Bioscience Diagnostic etc. He also offers legal consulting for corporate clients concerning cross-border mergers and acquisitions involving subjects in the fields of chemical industry, energy, logistics, equipment manufacturing, artificial intelligence, and Macrodata etc. Mr. King serves as a legal adviser under the capacity of handling establishment, management, exiting as well as dispute resolution to private equities including Ping An Asset Management, Min Sheng Investment Group, Zofund, Yuhang Private Equity, Karim Family Foundation, Ruiyin Shengjia Asset Management, Meitek Foundation, and Ruyi Fund

Mr. King has years of experience in cross-border transactions dealing with foreign investments, M&A, litigation, and arbitration. He served as a legal adviser to the Chinese branches of various multinational corporations including Burberry, Breitling, Wurth, Tyco, Haniel, ICL, and Willis Insurance etc. Mr. King also offers legal consulting service for the overseas investments of domestic corporations including Longyuan Energy, Envision Energy, Hengyuan Petroleum, and Xuji Electric etc.

Concerning litigation and arbitration, Mr. King has vast experience in the field of commercial litigation. He set the precedent in a tort case concerning printed circuit board, handled multi-million-dollar QA disputes, dealt with employment disputes with the senior managements for foreign companies, and accomplished vast investment recovery for VC/PE.
