On April 4, 2023, Millennium Group International Holdings Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Millennium Group”) officially landed on Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol “MGIH”. Millennium Group issued 1,250,000 ordinary shares at a public offering price of US$4.00 per ordinary share with gross proceeds of US$5,000,000.

Founded in 1978, Millennium Group is a long-established paper-based packaging solutions supplier. Millennium Group is headquartered in Hong Kong with operations in the PRC and Vietnam. Millennium Group operates two production facilities in Guangdong Province of the PRC. Millennium Groups also operates a supply chain management business to service global clients who source their packaging needs from Vietnam and other Association of Southeast Asian Nations (“ASEAN”) countries.
