The first loan funds for the project have already been disbursed, ensuring momentum for this transformative development.
A Landmark Urban Renewal Project
The redevelopment of Blocks 121, 129, and 130 represents the largest land-scale renewal initiative in Yangpu District this year. Located on Dinghai Road Street, the requisition bases for Blocks 129 and 130 were among the first to finalize agreements in the district. The project aims to preserve Yangpu's industrial heritage along its iconic waterfront while transforming the area into a dynamic, million-square-meter urban complex.
This redevelopment plan envisions a harmonious integration of commercial landmarks, headquarters economy zones, cultural and recreational spaces, waterfront public areas, and premium residential neighborhoods. The project is expected to attract global top 100 enterprises and world-renowned commercial brands, further solidifying Yangpu District’s reputation as a hub of innovation and growth.
