On October 10, 2013, a two-day forum on “Investments by Chinese Companies in Europe” was held at the Shanghai International Conference Center. The main topic for discussion was “China Europe Win Win Partnership.” China Public Diplomacy Association’s Vice Chairman and China’s former Ambassador to England, Ma Zhenggang, presided over the opening ceremony. Senior officials that attended the forum included China Public Diplomacy Association Chairman and former Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing, Shanghai Vice Mayor Zhou Bo, Deputy Foreign Minister Zhai Juan, and China Development Bank Vice President Li Jiping.
