On December 28, 2012, AllBright partner David Chen was appointed international corporate arbitrator by Arbitration Foundation of South Africa. The Certificate of Appointment was recently officially delivered to Mr. Chen. Mr. Chen, an experienced arbitrator, already serves as arbitrator for Shanghai International Arbitration Center, Shanghai Arbitration Commission, China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, Court of Arbitration for Sports, and others.
