 2015-01-136329

On March 1, 2013, China’s first corporate intellectual property standards, the Corporate Intellectual Property Management Standards, took effect, marking a milestone in the country’s intellectual property protection. In August 2013, Shenzhen-based Netac Technology Co., Ltd. established a dedicated team to prepare for the qualification. AllBright Shenzhen Office’s partner Huang Sizhou, associate Chen Jian and patent attorney Kang Yuning represented Netac, guiding the company to establish an intellectual property management system, draft relevant documents and trial run the system.

On November 18, 2014, Netac became one of the first companies to be awarded the Corporate Intellectual Property Management Standards qualification in China. It is also the first corporation in Shenzhen to receive the national qualification.
