On December 6-7, 2013, the Zhejiang Province Intellectuals Friendship Association, Jiangsu Province Intellectuals Friendship Association and Shanghai Youth Intellectuals Friendship Association organized the 5th Jiangsu, Zhejiang & Shanghai Intellectuals Friendship Association Forum in Jiashan, Zhejiang Province. This year’s forum theme is “Motivating Overseas Educated Individuals to Propel the Yangtze River Delta’s Growth.”

Shanghai Youth Intellectuals Friendship Association President and Member of the Standing Committee of the CPPCC National Committee Chen Qun led a Shanghai delegation to participate in the forum. Other senior officials who attended the forum included Shanghai Youth Intellectuals Friendship Association Executive Director and Shanghai Judicial Bureau Deputy Director Chen Chunlan and Shanghai Bar Association Vice Chairman Zhou Tianping.
