In mid-June, 2013, AllBright Partner Stone Shi, at the invitation of the Jiangxi Provincial SME Bureau, gave a lecture to more than 60 Jiangxi-based entrepreneurs who seek to publicly list their companies. On June 29, 2013, Mr. Shi was invited to deliver a lecture to the PE and IPO executive class at Shanghai Jiaotong University. His lecture, Legal Issues on Investment/Financing Agreement, elaborated on the relationship between PE and companies seeking listing, the relationship between limited partners (LP) and general partners (GP), private equity internal management, and other issues concerning corporate investment/finance. After the lecture, Mr. Shi held a Q&A with the executives, answering their questions regarding corporate investment/finance issues based on his years of experience in the sector.
