On March 20, 2014, AllBright partner Xu Jun delivered a lecture on Legal Requirements under New IPO Regulations during a training seminar held by the Shanghai Jiading Economic Committee.

Since last November, the China Securities Regulatory Commission has issued a series of regulations, including Guidelines on Further Pushing Forward New Shares Issuing Reform, to prepare for the launch of new shares issuing registration system. The committee held the seminar to brief companies in Jiading on such regulation changes to become better prepared. More than 30 heads or chief financial officers of companies preparing to go public participated in the event. Speakers at the seminar included industry veterans and experts from AllBright, Haitong Securities and BDO China Shu Lun Pan CPAs.
