2014-12-266242On December 2, 2014, AllBright partners Collins Yue and Mellena Zou gave a training seminar entitled Credit Asset Collections to branch presidents at the Bank of East Asia at the bank’s invitation. They briefed the presidents about the rules and regulations regarding credit asset collections and daily practices. They were well received by the audience who held a lively discussion with them. Both of the Chinese banks’ non-performing loan ratios and bad loans rose amid economic fluctuations this year. The two lawyers quoted relevant litigation handled by an AllBright team led by partner Perry Li, which has handled civil law, criminal law and administrative law cases. In addition, they analyzed frequently encountered legal issues with respect to credit asset collections with their experience and expertise.
Nearly 30 Bank of East Asia branch presidents participated in the training program.
