On September 11, 2014, AllBright partner Susan Guo participated in an anti-monopoly seminar hosted by Inchcape, a leading, international automotive distributor and retailer operating in 26 developed and emerging markets around the world.

Topics discussed at the seminar included China’s Anti-Monopoly Law and its history, implementation bodies of China’s Anti-Monopoly Law, the current state and future development of anti-monopoly investigations, automotive dealers’ monopoly activities, anti-monopoly investigations in China and countermeasures from corporations, anti-monopoly trends in China’s automotive sector, and lawyers’ role in the area.

Ms. Guo shared with the audience her years of expertise and experience in the anti-monopoly field, especially in anti-monopoly investigations. Her professionalism was highly recognized by the audience.
