AllBright hosts 2014 Listed Company Entrepreneur Capital Forum
2014-06-186816The AllBright 2014 Listed Company Entrepreneur Capital Forum was held on June 14 to 15, 2014, in the Xixi Hotel in Hangzhou.
The forum attracted more than 200 participants, including chairmen, presidents, board secretaries, and senior executives from a 100 listed or future listed companies. Keynote Speakers at the forum included Teng Biyan, deputy director of the administrative punishment committee, China Securities Regulatory Commission, Wang Neng, professor of finance at Columbia Business School, AllBright partner Shawn Zhang and Chen Jida, chairman of Zhongda Group.
Teng talked about listed company operation and supervision from the perspective of China Securities Regulatory Commission. Mr. Wang shared with the participants his knowledge on portfolio assets and investment returns issues. Mr. Zhang elaborated on asset restructuring issues, while Mr. Chen expressed his views on how public companies can keep creating value.
In addition, Wang Baotong, former director of Zhejiang Securities Regulatory Bureau and chairman of Juren Capital Management Company also delivered a speech at the forum.
AllBright hosts the Listed Company Entrepreneur Capital Forum annually. The forum has become a key platform for entrepreneurs, regulators and related intermediary institutions to share and exchange market information, supervisory updates, and practices.
