AllBright Entrepreneur Forum Held in Hangzhou
2013-06-243721From June 15 to June 16, 2013, AllBright Entrepreneur Forum was held in Hangzhou, attracting 50 Zhejiang-based business leaders, including chairmen and CEOs. They sat together in sought of capital innovation to foster corporate development.
Senior government officials and regulators also attended the forum on the invitation of AllBright. Renowned economist Wei Jianing, Deputy Director-General,Department of Macroeconomic Research, Development Research Center of the State Council, delivered a keynote speech on 2013 China Macro Economy Prospect with insightful views on how to read China’s economic growth model in retrospect and with projections. Guo Ruiming, an official from the China Securities Regulatory Commission, delivered a keynote speech on insider trading prevention, citing typical market manipulation cases, clarifying key issues on information disclosure and highlighting harms to companies from these irregularities.
AllBright Partner Shawn Zhang delivered a keynote speech on new financing means of public companies, stressed the need for companies to go public in overseas markets against the current macroeconomic backdrop, and quoted market practices based on his expertise and experiences.
The forum was applauded by participants, noting that the forum broaden their views in showing them more financing options in ramping up companies’ business. They appreciated keynote speaker’s experiences and full knowledge of the issue, noting that they welcome more forums of this type.
