YOU, Wujun

You Wujun is a partner at AllBright Law Offices in Shenzhen. His practice areas include corporate and foreign investment.

Mr. You has focused his practice for the last decade on handling a large number of share transfers, mergers, liquidations and other foreign transactional matters. He has handled several hundred cases ranging from labor disputes, civil and commercial cases of economic and financial arbitration cases to tax, customs and other administrative cases. He has represented more than 50 well-known companies as well as the Japanese Consulate in Guangzhou, the Guangzhou Trade Promotion Office in Japan, the Japanese Chamber of Commerce of Shenzhen, the Shenzhen Customs Association,and theDongguan Taiwan Business Association.

Mr. You graduated from Inner Mongolia University with a B.A. in Japanese and later received an LL.M. from the China University of Political Science and Law.

Mr. You was named in 2007 as“advanced person in the legal profession” by the Shenzhen municipal justice bureau. In 2008, he becamea counselor at Shenzhen Polytechnic University. In 2012, he was appointed as the first Deputy Director of the steering commission for the School of Foreign Languages at Shenzhen Polytechnic University. Mr. You has also been recognized as the Japanese Chamber of Commerce of Shenzhen “distinguished legal counsel”.

Mr. You is a practicing lawyer in China. His working languages are Mandarin and Japanese.
