Jiang Yigang is a partner
at
AllBright Law Offices in Shenzhen. His practice areas include banking and finance, corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and securities and capital markets.
Mr Jiang has served as legal counsel for the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and retained or special legal counsel for a number of large-scale state-owned enterprises (SOEs) and listed companies. He has provided legal services for these clients’ restructuring, listing, bond issuance, acquisition and reorganization.
Mr. Jiang previously taught at Shenzhen University School of Law before establishing his own law firm.
He was previously a director of the 6th board of Guangdong Bar Association, the director of the 5th and the 6th board of Shenzhen Bar Association, and a member of the Expert Consultation Committee of the Shenzhen Construction Industry Association. He is now a part-time research fellow at the Institute of Law of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, an arbitrator of South China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, Guangzhou Arbitration Commission and Shenzhen Arbitration Commission, a review expert of major investment projects for Shenzhen-based SOEs, and the president of Shenzhen Legal Culture Research Society.
Mr. Jiang graduated from the Law School of South China Normal University with an LL.M.
Mr. Jiang is a practicing lawyer in China. His working languages are Mandarin and English. "
