Mr. Li currently serves as a consulting expert of Supreme People’s Procuratorate on civil and administrative cases, an arbitrator of Shenzhen Court of International, Guangzhou Arbitration Commission, Chengdu Arbitration Commission and Shantou Arbitration Commission (Mr. Li has already served as an arbitrator in more than 200 commercial arbitration cases), a professional mediator of Shenzhen Court of International, Shenzhen Qianhai Cooperation Zone People’s Court and Mainland-Hong Kong Joint Mediation Center. Mr. Li has extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration. With Mr. Li’s outstanding performance in the litigation area, he was ranked as one of the "Top 15 Litigators " in China by the Asian Legal Business of Thomson Reuters.

Mr. Li focuses on civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, corporate governance, merger and acquisition, private equity investment, and banking and finance.

Mr. Li has passed the Lawyer Qualification Examination since 1999 and has been engaged in legal services until now. With a bi-major education background in law and management, Mr. Li provides legal services for a large number of listed companies, group companies, financial companies, fund companies, etc. Additionally, Mr. Li works as an agent for significant lawsuits and arbitration cases. The number of his cases whose value exceeds ¥100 million is more than twenty and the legal services provided by Mr. Li have been highly recognized and praised by clients.

The team of Mr. Li works skillfully for the design of litigation and arbitration strategies, risk prediction and response, and pre-trial preparation. Mr. Li can identify the critical issues of cases rapidly and assist clients in formulating forward-looking plans. He has performed brilliantly in many significant, complicated and difficult cases including representing a bank against an overseas entity in an overseas guarantee arbitration, representing a company against a bank in an unjustified profit return case, representing a fund in a case regarding repurchase clauses of the earnout agreement, representing the founder shareholder of a listed company in an equity dispute, representing a well-known entrepreneur in handling family business asset division and equity arrangements, etc. The team of Mr. Li has effectively safeguarded the legitimate rights and interests of clients, won a number of landmark judgments and rulings, and caused significant repercussions in the legal industry. Mr. Li has participated in a number of large-scale company liquidation cases and has extensive practical experience in company liquidation.
