On June 20, 2014, AllBright Shenzhen Office partner and Shenzhen Lawyers Association Civil Law Committee Director Guo Xuanling, at the invitation of Beijing Chaoyang Lawyers Association delivered a speech on Affluent Family Dispute Resolutions Practice & Tips.

Ms. Guo, with more than a decade of experience in family law, shared with the audience her insights on how to offer one-stop and customized services to family businesses, and to prevent corporate deadlock arising from family disputes. Ms. Guo also touched on the topics such as affluent family dispute issues, services requirements and tips for taking on such cases.

The audience included family law professors and marriage and domestic disputes committee directors of lawyer associations in Hunan, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui provinces. Ms. Guo’s lecture was well received by the audience, who hailed it as intriguing, informative and helpful.
