DOU, Abner

Abner Dou is a partner at AllBright Law office in Xian. His practice areas include corporate, securities and capital markets, and real estate matters.

In the field of capital market, Mr. Dou participated in a number of programs including private issuing of A-share matters, major asset restructuring, issue debentures and stock option incentive plan. Mr. Dou has also been practicing as a Corporate Counsel for several listed companies for years.

In the field of Mergers and Acquisitions, as an outstanding legal consultant, Mr. Dou has been and still continues to be a representative of dozens of professional investment institutes, listed companies and well-known enterprises to carry out A and provide professional legal services. The target enterprises are spread across various areas such as military enterprises, cleaning energy, Internet, real estate, oilfield services, logistics, equipment manufacturing and biological medicine.

Mr. Dou graduated from the Northwest University with an LL.B. degree in Economics Law and obtained his lawyer's practice certificate in 2007. Prior to joining AllBright Law Offices, he held the post of Director of Securities Department in a law firm and officially become the partner of AllBright Law Offices since 2017.
