Mr. Zhang is a partner of AllBright Law Offices. He is based in Beijing office.
Mr. Zhang specializes in providing legal services on real estate related mergers acquisitions, restructuring, development and financing. He is also well experienced in civil and commercial litigations and arbitrations.
Since his practice in 1998, Mr. Zhang has successfully handled more than 500 civil and commercial litigations and arbitrations, and represented numerous major real estate development enterprises in mergers acquisitions, financing, etc. Besides, Mr. Zhang has extensive experience in corporate risk control and currently serves as the legal counsel for a number of enterprises.
Mr. Zhang has also successfully secured several acquittals for clients in several economic crime cases.
Mr. Zhang previously worked in different types of sectors, including state organs, enterprises and law offices. Mr. Zhang was a part-time professor in law school of Shantou University and HR mediator of an institutions under the supervision of a State agency’s Beijing office.
Mr. Zhang graduated from the China University of Political Science and Law, and received bachelor degrees in education and law.
Mr. Zhang is a member of the Chinese bar Association. His working language is Mandarin."
