 2013-10-286324

At the request of the Bureau of Price Supervision & Anti-Monopoly of the National Development and Reform Commission, Shanghai’s pricing authorities launched an anti-monopoly investigation into the Shanghai Gold & Jewelry Trade Association (the “Association”) and its five members, including Shanghai Laofengxiang, Shanghai Laomiao, and First Asia Gold & Jewelry, during July and August of 2013.

AllBright attorneys advised the Association and its member companies on responding to the investigation and assisting its clients on mitigating penalties.

The AllBright team was led by partners Fu Donghui and Susan Guo.
