On the afternoon of January 28, 2015, AllBright partner Li Xianming delivered a lecture entitled Innovations in Asset Management, providing insights into the asset management legal system, innovations and developing trends.

Mr. Li briefed the audience on the legal system with respect to asset management and its development. He continued with the increasing demands on asset management innovations amid market growth, private equity development, and a rising number of transactions. He concluded his lecture with advice on how to improve legal services for the asset management services sector.

After the lecture, AllBright partner Leo Liang and other AllBright colleagues had a lively and in-depth discussion on asset management innovations, relevant legal research and their understanding of the area.
